Built in 1973 and renovated in 2022, the house stands on a 2,197 m² plot. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has a wood-burning stove and large windows overlooking the garden and surrounding nature. Electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are available.
Three bedrooms contain a total of two double beds and two single beds. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and separate 80-litre freezer. There are two flat-screen televisions, Chromecast and satellite reception with German channels.
The living area opens onto a large terrace. Its western section is screened and covered, while the eastern section is open to the morning sun. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a gas barbecue are provided.
The North Sea and its broad sandy beach are 800 metres away and can be reached on foot. The nearest shopping is 1.4 kilometres away; Søndervig has supermarkets and specialist shops.
