Renovated in 2023, this holiday home has an open-plan living and dining area with numerous windows, a fireplace, an open kitchen, three bedrooms, a loft, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a pool room. Electric heating serves all rooms, with underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. A washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional refrigerator beside the laundry appliances are available. Wi-Fi and fibre broadband are included.
The 1,312 m² dune plot has an open terrace, barbecue facilities and a garden sandpit. An electric-car charging point is available; bring your own charging cable or adapter.
The beach is 300 metres away, with paths through the dunes and Søndervig centre close by. Local outings include the Sand Sculpture Festival, Lalandia and its Monky Tonky Land indoor playground, Ringkøbing and Hvide Sande. One pet is permitted, and the house is non-smoking.
