The house

This 120 m² holiday home, built in 2006 on a 1,200 m² natural plot, accommodates six guests. Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the third has a double bed and a bunk bed. A loft has two mattresses. A cot and high chair are also available.

The main bathroom has a large shower, a two-person whirlpool bath, an electric towel warmer, a music system and underfloor heating, with access to the sauna. The second bathroom also has a shower and underfloor heating. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided.

The living room and open-plan kitchen/dining area have large windows. The living room includes an inset wood-burning fireplace, underfloor heating, a flat-screen television, Chromecast, a DVD player, satellite reception with German channels, a CD player and radio. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and separate 80-litre freezer. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are available.

There are four terraces, two partly screened and covered. The front terrace is enclosed by a fence. Outdoor facilities include garden furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a swing. The beach is 300 metres away, a few minutes on foot; Søndervig centre is a 1.5 km stroll away, with shops and restaurants.
