The 125 m² home stands on a 1,047 m² natural plot, was built in 1978 and was fully renovated in 2019. Large windows bring light into the living spaces and overlook the dunes, North Sea, Ringkøbing Fjord and Søndervig. There are three bedrooms, with two double beds and two single beds in total.
Inside are a wood-burning stove, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher and separate 80-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Entertainment includes four flat-screen televisions, a radio and satellite reception with some Danish and German channels. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are available. A cot and high chair are provided.
Several terraces include open, screened, enclosed and covered areas, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. The private outdoor hot tub accommodates six people, and there is a separate outdoor sauna cabin. The outdoor wellness facilities can be accessed from the bedroom and living area. A tool shed is also available.
The sandy beach and Søndervig centre are nearby. The home has sea glimpses and views across the fjord and resort.
