The house

Built in 1974 and renovated in 2020, the house has three bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan living and dining area. White walls, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams characterise the interior. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the third has a large single bed. The third bedroom also has a TV with Chromecast and a PlayStation; this TV is not connected to satellite television.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, plus a separate 100-litre chest freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Heating includes electric heating, an air-to-air heat pump, bathroom underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. Free Wi-Fi, Sonos radio, Chromecast and a living-room flat-screen TV with selected Danish and German satellite channels are available. Two high chairs are provided.

The 1,200 m² grounds include a lawn, a children's swing and a storage shed. The living room opens onto a wooden terrace with open, screened and covered areas, garden furniture and sun loungers. Gas and charcoal barbecues are available. An electric-car charging socket is provided; bring your own adapter.

The house is just north of Søndervig, with dune paths and a short walk to the North Sea beaches. The nearest shopping is 900 metres away.
