The farmhouse has two floors, wooden-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The ground floor includes a dining room, small kitchen, study, two double bedrooms and a shower bathroom. The first floor includes a living room with fireplace, a twin bedroom, two single bedrooms and two shower bathrooms. The house opens onto a garden with a gazebo, outdoor dining area, barbecue and wood oven.

The pool is a few metres from the house and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. It is enclosed by a wooden fence, measures 8.30 x 4 metres, has a constant depth of 1.50 metres and is accessed by a ladder. It has chlorine purification, a PVC lining, sunbeds, deck chairs and a cold-water shower.

The farmhouse is near Cortona. The property is reached by 250 metres of gravel road in good condition; at some points the roadway narrows. Cortona is 10 km away, Terontola train station and shops are 2.5 km away, Camucia is 8 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea is 162 km away.

Pets are allowed. The garden is enclosed by 1.50-metre-high wire mesh. A caretaker lives in an annex a few metres from the house and maintains the park and pool; the park and pool remain for the guests' exclusive use.
