An open-concept great room has large windows, ocean views and comfortable living-area seating. The adjacent kitchen has modern appliances, counter space and a dining area for group meals. Spacious decks provide several seating areas; the hot tub is on the middle-level covered deck. Two ground-floor bedrooms contain a queen bed with a twin-over-twin bunk set, and a double-over-twin bunk set with a trundle. A shared full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The ground-floor recreation room has a queen sleeper sofa and pool table. The middle level has three king bedrooms with private bathrooms and covered-deck access, another king bedroom, a shared full bathroom and laundry facilities. The top level has a king bedroom with a private bathroom, a half bathroom, the great room, kitchen and dining room. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool with a pool alarm, basketball hoop, charcoal and gas grills, an outdoor shower and a dune deck. Five beach chairs are provided. Community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, basketball courts, playground and beach access.
