The six-bedroom farmhouse is arranged over three floors and combines original stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings and wrought iron staircases with modern comforts. It has living and dining spaces, a professional kitchen, lawns, shaded outdoor seating areas and a swimming pool overlooking scenic landscapes. Guests also have access to the adjacent Golf Club I Lauri. Beaches in the southern Marche and the hill towns of the Val d’Aso are nearby.

It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The sunbathing area has lawn, decking, sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and a porch swing.

The property is near Montefiore dell’Aso and Massignano. Marina di Massignano is 5 km away and Cupra Marittima is 9 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. The villa is within the grounds of Golf Club I Lauri, and guests may enjoy the grounds when the golf course is closed. Parking inside the property accommodates up to 20 cars.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit of 12 are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
