The studio has a living area with one double sofa bed, a dining table and chairs, Smart TV, washing machine and an open-plan kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an iron are available.
A French door opens onto a private porch furnished with a table and outdoor chairs. The bathroom has a sink, shower, bidet and toilet; a hairdryer is provided.
The residence has a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and large green spaces. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September, between 09:00 and 20:00, and swimming caps are required.
Toscolano-Maderno offers bays for sailing, fishing and water sports, along with walks in the surrounding hills and mountains. Local attractions include Maderno's beach, Toscolano's Thursday morning market and the Paper Museum in the Valley of the Paper Mills. Verona Airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car.
