Marotta's Adriatic beaches are about 20 minutes away by car and 16 km away. The last 2 km of the access road is a dirt road in good condition. The property has seven parking spaces inside the property. Mondolfo and Mondavio are nearby historic villages; Mondavio is 6 km away.

Parties, events, or visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted; villa services are provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Pets are permitted.
