It has a shaded outdoor terrace, an infinity pool below the villa, a wellness area with a Turkish bath and indoor jacuzzi, air conditioning throughout, geothermal and photovoltaic energy systems, and an electric-car charging point.

The pool is below the villa, measures 12 x 6 metres, has a constant depth of 1.40 metres, Roman steps, a hydromassage area and a shallow beach-style section. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Marotta beaches are about 16 km away and can be reached in around 20 minutes by car. The last 2 km of the access road is a dirt road in good condition. Parking is available inside the property.

Parties and events, and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit, are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The maximum guest limit is 12. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
