The house

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. The spacious living room has two single sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and access to a private balcony. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and access to a second private balcony. There is one full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The separate kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffee machine, moka pot, toaster and a dining table with chairs. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and fans are available.

The apartment is close to the Ariston Theatre and Sanremo’s shops, bars, restaurants, sea and beaches. Nice Airport is 65 km from Sanremo and Genoa Airport is 140 km away.

A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
