The house

The first-floor apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room opens onto a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer.

One bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe; the second has a bunk bed, wardrobe and desk. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine. A hairdryer and iron are available. Air conditioning is provided in the living room and the hallway serving the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available.

The shared swimming pool opens from 15 June to 30 September, from 9 am to 8 pm; a swimming cap may be required. Access to the accommodation is only on foot, involving a five-minute walk. A luggage trolley or rack can be requested at reception. Renovation work in the apartment below may cause daytime noise.

Desenzano del Garda is on the southern shore of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia. Local sights include the Roman Villa, the 10th-century castle and the old harbour; windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing are available in the area. Desenzano station is less than 10 minutes away by car, and Verona airport is reachable in half an hour.
