The eat-in kitchen has dove-grey units, wooden flooring and an instant boiling-water tap. French doors lead to a private walled garden with a lawn, built-in gas barbecue and wooden seating for outdoor dining. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware. A washing machine, drying rack and ironing equipment are available.

The front sitting room has a large sofa, additional seating and a Smart TV with streaming channels. A second Smart TV is in a bedroom with a sofa bed. Sleeping arrangements include two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two double sofa beds across the home. There are two bathrooms and a downstairs WC. Large windows provide natural light throughout. Other facilities include a desk and laptop workspace, a game room, infant and toddler toys, heating and fans on request.

The home is on a quiet, tree-lined street. Clapham Junction is five minutes away by bus, with trains to Victoria, Waterloo and Gatwick Airport. Clapham Common Underground station on the Northern Line is a 15-minute walk away, and local buses run directly into central London. Lavender Hill and Northcote Road are a short stroll away for cafés, restaurants and boutiques; Battersea Park and Clapham Common provide nearby green space.
