The house has approximately 100 m² of usable space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional ground-floor guest WC. The ground-floor living and dining area has a flat-screen TV and direct access to a garden and terrace furnished in summer. The separate kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The lower-ground double bedroom and upstairs main bedroom each have a flat-screen TV; the main bedroom also has its own balcony.
The attic twin bedroom includes a cosy reading and play corner. Heating, window privacy screens, bed linen, towels, starter bathroom supplies and luggage service to and from the property are provided. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!
