The house has approximately 100 m² of usable space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional ground-floor guest WC. The ground-floor living and dining area has a flat-screen TV and direct access to a garden and terrace furnished in summer. The separate kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The lower-ground double bedroom and upstairs main bedroom each have a flat-screen TV; the main bedroom also has its own balcony. The attic twin bedroom includes a cosy reading and play corner. Heating, window privacy screens, bed linen, towels, starter bathroom supplies and luggage service to and from the property are provided. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!

The beach is a few minutes' walk away, and the town centre's shops and restaurants are accessible on foot. Other island towns can be reached by bus; Wenningstedt and Keitum are a few minutes away by car. The accommodation includes lower-ground, ground-floor, upstairs and attic spaces. A dog has previously stayed here, so the home may not be suitable for guests with severe animal-hair allergies.

Smoking and pets are not permitted. Children are welcome. Youth groups are not permitted.
