The house

The ground floor has a living and dining area with a remotely controlled gas fireplace, an open fitted kitchen and a separate guest WC. The south-facing garden and terrace have outdoor furniture and a beach chair. Two lower-ground bedrooms each have a box-spring double bed, flat-screen TV and built-in radio. The lower-ground bathroom has a bathtub, large shower, washbasin and WC; a small laundry room contains a washer-dryer. The upper-floor master bedroom has built-in wardrobe space, a box-spring double bed and a flat-screen TV. A neighboring bathroom has a large shower, washbasin and WC. The home has heating, underfloor heating, four TVs and window privacy screens. Bed linen, towels, initial bathroom supplies and luggage service to and from the property are included.
