The house

The ground floor has a living area with a remotely controlled gas fireplace, seating and a dining table with chairs and a bench. The integrated kitchen includes a BORA induction hob, a large Siemens refrigerator with an ice maker, a wine cooler, a Nespresso machine and a combination microwave, oven and steam cooker. A small entrance hall has a guest WC. The lower floor has a wellness area with a glass-fronted sauna, a large shower and WC, two bedrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The upper floor has the main bedroom and an adjacent natural-stone bathroom with a large shower, double washbasin and WC. All three bedrooms have flat-screen televisions. Outside are a south-facing landscaped garden, furnished terraces and a sheltered recessed seating area. A beach chair is available approximately April to October.
