## About the house

The home accommodates up to 17 guests across five bedrooms and two bonus areas. A private deck overlooks Lone Peak, and a private hot tub sits on the lower patio.

The main level has floor-to-ceiling windows and an open living, dining and kitchen layout with Sonos sound. The living area has leather sofas and a wood-burning fireplace; the dining table seats eight, with additional seating at a breakfast bar. The kitchen features Thermador appliances and granite countertops. The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on this level. A dedicated ski room provides benches, gear hooks and a dryer.

The lower level contains four bedrooms and a living area with a wet bar and sleeper sofa, opening to the hot tub. The bunk bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and one twin-over-queen bunk bed. Two stacked washer/dryer sets are available. The top-floor loft has living, dining and sleeping areas, a queen sleeper sofa, a game table and an Xbox.

Additional facilities include a grill, cable television, games, heating and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials. Parking includes a heated two-vehicle garage and additional driveway space. The Big Sky base area, with lift-served biking, is less than five minutes away.

Reservations between mid-April and October 31 include one complimentary Yellowstone Luxury Tours excursion, subject to weather and park opening dates; the 4% resort tax and park entry fees are excluded.

Maximum nighttime occupancy is 17 guests. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require confirmation and completion through the Guest Experience team. Minimum-stay requirements vary by date.
