House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines available in the Guest Portal after booking. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the team's local address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due when booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. For cancellations more than 110 days before check-in, the initial payment is refunded less one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee. Cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. For stays longer than 30 nights, additional cleaning and payment will be arranged. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and check-out is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. A maximum of one car is permitted. Building painting may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.
