Can I walk to services?
Yes. Restaurants, shops, a grocery store, pharmacies, banks, a coffee shop and a bus stop are nearby on foot.
Do I need a 4x4?
No. Roads are paved and any type of vehicle can reach the home. The concierge recommends a rental vehicle for exploring beyond Parrita.
Is the pool shared?
No. The dip pool and all spaces are private.
What supplies are provided?
