This renovated A-frame Tahitian-style home has 2,261 square feet of interior living space on a 17,717-square-foot beachfront lot within a private gated subdivision. Tropical gardens, rock walls, reclaimed teak floors and vaulted ceilings surround the main house and detached Ohana suite, connected by a spacious lanai with shaded dining and lounging areas.

The open-plan great room has sliding glass doors, a projector screen and a dining table seating six. The granite breakfast bar seats four. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, crockpot and ice machine. A BBQ is also available. The Ohana suite has its own kitchenette and bar seating.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, private lanai, ocean and garden views, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, two bunk beds, an ensuite, garden views and bean bag loungers that convert to full beds. The main-floor third bedroom has a king bed, garden views, an ensuite with a walk-in shower and private outdoor shower, and a private entrance from the lanai. The detached Ohana bedroom has a king bed, ensuite, ocean-view lanai and an upstairs office. All four bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Additional facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, two outdoor showers, a private yard and landscaped garden paths. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, snorkel sets, boogie boards and coolers are provided. Private chefs, massage and grocery pre-stocking are available upon request. Security cameras are among the property’s safety features.

Waialea Bay, also called Beach 69, is accessible on foot for swimming and snorkeling. Hapuna Beach can be reached on foot via the King’s Trail. Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani resorts, and shopping and dining in Kamuela or Waikoloa, are a short drive away.

Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani resorts and shopping and dining in Kamuela or Waikoloa are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Two bedrooms are upstairs, and the Ohana office is upstairs.
