House rules

The primary renter must be at least 28 years old. Smoking is not permitted. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during one stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. One hypoallergenic/non-shedding dog is permitted for an additional $200.00 per booking; other pets, multiple dogs and shedding/non-hypoallergenic dogs require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $200.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included. Additional cleanings may be requested at the guest's expense. Confirm seasonal outdoor-facility access before booking outside the operating season.

Getting there

The property is not handicap accessible. Foster Memorial Town Beach and Circle Beach are each a 5-minute drive away; Sagg Main Beach and Ocean Road Beach are each a 15-minute drive away. Tennis court use is seasonal, from Memorial Day weekend through mid-October; inquire before booking for use outside that period.
