Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Later check-out is available upon request. Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of amounts paid, less processing fees; cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Getting there
The villa is above Playa Hermosa in Uvita and is a five-minute drive from downtown Uvita. Access is by a paved road; a 4x4 is not required. The villa has beach access listed among its amenities, but the access mode and distance are not specified.
