The apartment has a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed, a dining table, a TV and a spacious wardrobe. The open-plan kitchen includes an oven, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge and a freezer. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and fans are available.
The garden is shared with the building's hosts. The apartment forms part of the Housing Giulia project, where part of the accommodation proceeds supports social activities. Wonderful Italy works with the social enterprise CoAbitare on a co-housing project in a building owned by Opera Barolo, combining tourist apartments with housing for citizens needing housing support.
