House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are allowed except dangerous animals/dangerous-breed dogs. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; bathroom linen set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €148 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Household linen is optional, supplied on arrival for the stay with no replacement during the stay. Heating and internet access are included. The listing says tourist tax is included in the total price.

Grève Blanche beach is 2.3 km away and Léhan beach is 3.1 km away; the listing does not give a travel mode. Street parking is available in front of the house. The home is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging.
