House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. A refundable security deposit of €800 per booking is collected by credit-card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a small and large towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; final cleaning €75 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay and is not replaced; housekeeping during the stay is not provided. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival with arrival time to arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Midi sandy beach is 800 m away. There is no private parking space; free parking is available at the U Express car park 100 m away. No specially designed electric-vehicle charging socket is provided; do not use domestic sockets. Barbâtre has 7 km of sandy beach; access involves crossing dunes or pine forest.
