The house

The open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen connect to a private, walled and gated yard through walls of glass. Outdoor facilities include a pool, hot tub, firepit lounge, alfresco dining area and built-in barbecue station with a mini-fridge and sink. The yard has mature palms, landscaping and mountain views. The home has five flat-screen TVs, bedroom storage, a washer and dryer, linens and towels. The primary suite has an en-suite bathroom and sliding glass doors opening directly to the pool yard; the three guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom.
