House rules
Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours. Guests should keep noise mild and within the villa and respect neighbours. The main kitchen is not accessible except for the limited circumstances described in the kitchen-access policy. Full payment is required before check-in; part payment is not available.
Getting there
The villa is in Assagao. Roads connecting to the property are described as good, but guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before a road trip.
