Smoking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to 25 years are not accepted. Charging electric cars is not allowed. Guests clean the house themselves; cleaning supplies are available. Electricity and heating are included. A refundable security deposit is reserved on arrival and released within one week after checkout if the house is left in approved condition.
