No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and any flight or boat details for key collection. Check-in is 16:00–20:00 daily; check-out is before 10:00. Low-season check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; final cleaning €95 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Linen is provided on arrival for the stay with no replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. The source gives conflicting descriptions of tourist tax: it says payable before the stay and also says included in the total price; confirm the applicable arrangement.
Getting there
Port Lin beach is 900 m away; Valentin sandy beach is 1.5 km away. Le Croisic train station is 350 m away. The garage is included. No vehicle charging socket is provided; do not use domestic sockets for charging. Use a dedicated charging point.
