House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Dangerous animals are not accepted. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, collected as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; bath towel set (one small and one large) €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; final cleaning €110 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Bed linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered; ordered linen is provided on arrival for the stay without replacement. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times can be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Des Dames sandy beach is 110 m away; Rodel beach is 350 m away, Cornouaille beach 550 m away, and Sables Blancs beach 1.4 km away. Private parking is suitable for a small city car; street parking is also available. The home does not have a dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for vehicle charging.
