House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Groups of young people up to age 21 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered for an additional charge. Laundry ordered is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement; interim-stay cleaning is not provided. Do not use household electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Mandatory charges listed include a 10% concierge service fee and €170 final cleaning fee per booking. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking by card pre-authorisation. Optional charges: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the reservation; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. Tourist tax is payable before the stay; the booking details also show it included in the total price, so confirm the tax treatment.

Plage de l’Océan and the centre of Saint-Brevin L’Océan are each 450 m away. The first restaurants are 450 m away; Carrefour Market is 500 m away. The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
