House rules
No smoking; parties and events are not allowed; pets are not admitted. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €120 per reservation. A refundable €800 deposit is held by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Tourist tax applies. Linen is optional and is supplied for the stay without renewal: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3. The listing separately says the tourist tax is added to the rental amount and payable before the stay, while the service/tax panel says it is included in the total; confirm the tax treatment before publishing. Do not use household electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the reception agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover.
Getting there
A sandy beach is 200 m away; Plage des Carrés is 1 km away on foot. Public parking spaces near the house are free. The house has stairs and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The jacuzzi is available seasonally, from 1 March to 30 September.
