House rules
No smoking; no parties or events; pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The dormitory is available June to September. Electric-vehicle charging: there is no dedicated charging socket; do not use household sockets and use a dedicated charging point. Bed linen and towels are not provided; linen is optional and supplied for the stay without replacement. Mandatory charges: concierge service fee 10% of the booking and end-of-stay cleaning €200 per booking. Optional linen charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. Refundable security deposit: €800 per booking, held by card pre-authorisation. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover.
Getting there
Plage des Pins is 200 m away; Plage de l’Océan is 3 km away. The town centre and first restaurants are 450 m away. The basement bedroom is accessed through the garage. The home is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
