House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Check-in is 16:00–20:00 daily and check-out is before 10:00; low-season hours may be flexible by arrangement. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to coordinate key collection. A refundable €800 per-booking security deposit is held by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €130 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; cancellation insurance 5.5% of booking. Linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement; in-stay cleaning is not provided. A high chair, heating, internet and outdoor parking are included.
Getting there
Kerambigorn beach is reachable on foot. Kermil sandy beach is 1.1 km away. Two parking spaces are available at the property. No electric-vehicle charging socket is provided; use a dedicated charging point, not domestic sockets.
