House rules
No smoking. No parties or events. Pets are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional extras. The household does not have a dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging. A refundable €800 deposit is held by card pre-authorization per booking. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee applies to the booking. Optional charges per booking: kitchen linen €2, towel set €7, double-bed linen €18, single-bed linen €14, end-of-stay cleaning €155, and bath mat €3. Arrivals are daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover. Linen is supplied on arrival for the stay with no replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided.
