The 90 m² house has a living area with access to the terrace and pergola, a lounge with a television, and an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 × 200 cm); two bedrooms have a television, and two have a distant sea view. There are two bathrooms with toilets: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Outside are a fenced garden, furnished terrace of 30 m², pergola, barbecue and an outdoor jacuzzi with adjustable temperature. A washer-dryer and one private parking space are provided.
