The house has a living room with a corner sofa and television, a dining area with seating for up to eight, and an open, equipped kitchen with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. A large window opens directly onto the terrace and garden. The enclosed garden has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The house has a shower room with hairdryer and toilet, plus a separate toilet. The 400 m² plot includes two gated outdoor parking spaces. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. The property does not have Wi-Fi and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A concierge team is available during the stay. Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional services; linen is supplied for the stay without renewal, and interim cleaning is not provided. The tourist tax is payable before the stay.

No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are permitted except animals of breeds designated as dangerous. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
