House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The refundable €800 security deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Linen is optional: kitchen towels cost €2 per booking; a towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 and for a single bed €12 per booking. Optional end-of-stay cleaning costs €75 per booking; a bath mat costs €3 per booking. The concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. The cot, heating and outdoor parking are included. The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and is payable before the stay. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and provide an arrival time. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Plage du Rocher is 1.5 km away and Plage des Conches is 2.5 km away. The town centre is 1.5 km away. The house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet is available; household sockets must not be used for charging. Three outdoor parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
