The 90 m² house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate ground-floor toilet. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with a 140 × 190 cm double bed. Bedroom 2 is upstairs with a 140 × 190 cm double bed and a TV. Bedroom 3 is upstairs with an 80 × 190 cm single bed and a trundle that converts to a 160 × 190 cm Queen Size bed. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower and hairdryer; the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs and a TV. The dining table seats six. The induction kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils. Outside are an enclosed garden, a 20 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and two parking spaces. A garage can store up to six bicycles. The house also has a washing machine and iron. Wi-Fi is available. A concierge team is available throughout the stay. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional extras; linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. There is no linen renewal or cleaning during the stay.

No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival with your arrival time to arrange key collection. During low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking.
