House rules
No pets, smoking or parties/events. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided; linen is available at extra charge. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken by card pre-authorization. The 10% Hoomy concierge service fee and €115 end-of-stay cleaning fee per booking are listed as mandatory. Optional linen charges per booking: kitchen towels €2; bath towel set €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; bath mat €3. The extra bed is included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover.
Getting there
The beach is 300 m away. The town center, market, covered market and shops are 1.5 km away. Free street parking is available; there is no private parking.
