House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen service is available. Kitchen towels cost €2 per booking; a towel set costs €7 per booking; bed linen costs €15 per double bed or €12 per single bed per booking; bath mat costs €3 per booking. End-of-stay cleaning is optional at €100 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization with the final payment. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; there is no dedicated charging outlet. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.

Govelins sandy beach is 1.4 km away; the listing also gives a general distance of 1 km to the beach. Street parking is free and nearby. SPAR supermarket and Le Vert d’O restaurant are each 1 km away.
