A 98 m² furnished house with four bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, and an equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen opens directly onto the private garden. The house has a 17 m² terrace and sits on a 220 m² plot. One bathroom with a shower is on the ground floor. A high chair, travel cot, child’s potty and safety gate are available. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

No smoking, pets, parties or events. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen service is available. Kitchen towels cost €2 per booking; a towel set costs €7 per booking; bed linen costs €15 per double bed or €12 per single bed per booking; bath mat costs €3 per booking. End-of-stay cleaning is optional at €100 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization with the final payment. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; there is no dedicated charging outlet. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
