House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to confirm arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. An €800 refundable security deposit is taken as a card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; linen for a double bed €18 per reservation; linen for a single bed €14 per reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €80 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. Linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A tourist tax applies; the displayed tax section says it is included in the total price, while the description says it is payable before the stay.
Getting there
Pors Treillen beach is 200 m away; the port and shops are 300 m away. Free street parking is available; there is no private parking.
