House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival with the arrival time to arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by card as a guarantee with the final payment. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; a towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 and for a single bed €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €60 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Household linen is optional and is provided on arrival for the stay, without replacement. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.

Tanchet sandy beach is 500 m away. The listing title refers to 300 m from the beach. Super U supermarket and Nonna restaurant are each 1.1 km away; MAMA restaurant is 2.5 km away. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
