The 60 m² house has a living and dining area with a television corner, an independent equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 has one double bed; bedroom 2 has one double bed and one single bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. A washing machine, garden furniture, hairdryer, and electric heating are provided. The house is not equipped with Wi-Fi and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are not accepted. Household linen is optional and is supplied for the stay without replacement; in-stay housekeeping is not provided. Contact the agency one week before arrival with the arrival time to arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by card as a guarantee with the final payment. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking.
