Non-smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are accepted except animals classified as dangerous breeds. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered as optional services. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 per booking; linen for a single bed €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €115 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. The tourist tax is payable before the stay; the page also says it is included in the total price, so confirm how it is charged.
