House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, held by credit-card pre-authorisation. Contact the reception agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection and provide the arrival time. In low season, check-in and check-out hours can be flexible by arrangement. The accommodation has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Mandatory concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; bath mat €3 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €90 per booking. Kitchen towels, internet, heating, parking and the stated personalised arrival/departure services are included.
Getting there
Gros Jonc beach is 1 km away, Lizay beach 1.8 km away and Trousse-Chemise beach 3.5 km away. The house is a few minutes’ drive from the first beaches; the stated beach distances are not given as walking routes. Les Portes-en-Ré town centre is 250 m away.
