The 35 m² house has an upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a bunk bed (two 90 × 190 cm beds). It includes a veranda with seating, a living area with a sofa and TV, and an open-plan equipped kitchen with gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is a shower room, a separate toilet and a washing machine. Outside are an enclosed garden, furnished terrace and barbecue. Bicycle storage is available in the garden shed. A concierge team is available during the stay. Household linen is optional and, if ordered, is supplied for the whole stay without replacement; mid-stay housekeeping is not provided.
